Foundational Agreement

By accessing CantonCloud.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with CantonCloud, based in Cyberjaya 12, Malaysia. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and enterprise clients who utilize our architecture for cloud analytics and localized data management.

Use of our services signifies your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these protocols. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must terminate your session and cease use of all CantonCloud environments immediately.

Proprietary AI and Digital Assets

All content, including but not limited to the underlying code, AI training methodologies, cloud-native frameworks, and visual interfaces, remains the exclusive property of CantonCloud.

Users may not reverse-engineer any part of the CantonCloud analytics engine.
Redistribution of our data infrastructure schemas without written consent is strictly prohibited.
The "CantonCloud" brand and logomarks are protected by Malaysian and International intellectual property laws.

Responsible Engagement

Our high-performance platforms are designed for legitimate business intelligence and research. Users are prohibited from using CantonCloud for:

Interference

Attempting to breach, probe, or test the vulnerability of our storage nodes or network protocols.

Misuse

Deploying automated scripts to scrape proprietary datasets or flood our infrastructure with synthetic traffic.

Limitation of Liability

CANTONCLOUD PROVIDES SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR DATA PIPELINES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CANTONCLOUD OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR ANALYTICS TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of CantonCloud services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cyberjaya or Kuala Lumpur.
